Frozen Crystals
on the ground you can see it’s shadows
move with the course of the wind
they crawl
across the blue sky
coming together
and falling apart
in sync with the wind
providing shades on a sunny day
like the buildings we have built
from the view below
they look soft, squishy and smooth
but if you looked at it in a microscope
it is made of little drops of frozen crystals
that is suspended in the atmosphere
above our heads
on the surface of Earth

Frozen Crystals

on the ground you can see it’s shadows

move with the course of the wind

they crawl

across the blue sky

coming together

and falling apart

in sync with the wind

providing shades on a sunny day

like the buildings we have built

from the view below

they look soft, squishy and smooth

but if you looked at it in a microscope

it is made of little drops of frozen crystals

that is suspended in the atmosphere

above our heads

on the surface of Earth
